The Graphic Guys warrants its pressure-sensitive vinyl film product to be free of defects in materials and manufacture, and to perform as stated in published product technical information bulletins if properly stored and applied. Our Manufacturer will, at its discretion, either replace defective material or we will refund the purchase price of the materials less shipping and tax that do not meet this warranty within the specified effective performance life. We do not take responsibility for improper application or lack of proper vehicle preparation before graphics are applied to the said vehicle or item.

The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for intended use. That should be taken into careful consideration before having made the purchase. The Graphics Guys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty is declared in lieu of any other claim, whether expressed or implied, and is not subject to interpretation in any way or in any state.
